Hard Reset
Persistent error codes suggest your Zen might be faulty. Before considering a warranty replacement, it's worth attempting a hard reset to restore factory settings and clear memory slots. This is a one-time procedure, but be mindful that it's not a foolproof solution.
Start with nothing connected to the Zen. Press and hold down both P1 and P2 buttons together (the two large blue buttons either side of the OLED screen) - don't let go!
While holding the buttons, connect a USB cable from the Zen's rear CONSOLE/PC USB Port to any PC or Console (any USB power source will work).
Keep pressing the P1 and P2 buttons for a minimum of 4 seconds. Wait for the Zen RGB LEDs to flash in a sequence: RED, GREEN, and BLUE. If successful, the Collective Minds gear head logo will display on the Zen OLED Message Screen.

😢 STILL NOT WORKING?
Didn't have luck with the troubleshooting steps? It's possible your Zen's developed a fault. DON'T PANIC!
